Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Client Communication and Scheduling Virtual Assistant with strong communication skills to support real estate professionals. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing, and available to work during PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Scheduling Management: Organize and manage calendars, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups with clients.
- Appointment Reminders: Send reminders to clients and team members to ensure no meetings are missed.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update and maintain CRM systems with client information and appointment details.
