Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant with a strong background in supporting real estate professionals. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing, and available to work during PST hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice and Expense Management: Ensure all invoices are paid on time and expenses are accurately recorded.
  • Email Management: Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails efficiently, ensuring important messages are handled promptly.
  • CRM Management: Set up, update, and maintain CRM systems to organize and access client information seamlessly.
  • Data Entry and Management: Input and manage data related to properties and clients, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Market Research and Reporting: Conduct research, prepare presentations, and generate reports to help clients stay competitive.
