Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and resourceful Travel and Logistics Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing, and available to work during PST hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for out-of-town property viewings and meetings.
  • Itinerary Management: Create detailed itineraries for meetings, property visits, and events.
  • Event and Open House Logistics: Coordinate and manage logistics for open houses and real estate events.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve any travel-related issues to ensure smooth trips for clients.
